She is recognized for her exceptional moderating and interviewing skills, and the rich perspective in her analysis that comes from her depth of marketing experience. She formed Lennox Research in 1982, focusing on qualitative studies.

Background and Qualifications

Gwen obtained her MBA degree and is ABD (all but dissertation) on a doctorate in Marketing from Florida State University. She was a Teaching Fellow in marketing while at Florida State and continues to be a guest lecturer at UCF.

At Burton-Campbell, an Atlanta advertising agency, she held the title of Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing. Accounts included BellSouth Corporate, West Point Pepperell, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and others.

At D’arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles in Chicago, she managed research for Amoco Oil Corporation, Standard Oil, The American Dairy Association, The Chicago Tribune, Rustoleum, Ace Hardware and others.
